$2450 CDN plus 13% HST per 10′ x 10′ booth.
Each booth includes:- Standard carpet (grey)
- Black back and side drape
- One 4′ draped table (black skirt)
- One chair
Payment
IncentiveWorks accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or company cheque.
Meeting/Incentive Travel Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon booking.
Premiums & Promotions Payment Terms: For exhibit booths booked before June 1, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due June 1, 2012. For exhibit booths booked after June 1, full payment is due upon booking. If you wish to participate in the 50% deposit program, please indicate this at the time of registration.
Show Rules & Regulations
The show rules and regulations are an important part of the exhibit contract. Exhibitors and any staff that participate in their booth are obligated under contract to adhere to these rules and regulations. Please see page 3 of the Exhibit Contract to review them.
