Standard Booth Rate
$2,525 CDN plus 13% HST per 10′ x 10′ booth
Each booth includes:
- Standard carpet (grey)
- Black back and side drape
- One 4′ draped table (black skirt)
- One chair
Payment
IncentiveWorks accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or company cheque.
Meeting/Incentive Travel Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon booking.
Premiums & Promotions Payment Terms: For exhibit booths booked before May 15, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due May 15, 2013. For exhibit booths booked after May 15, full payment is due upon booking. If you wish to participate in the 50% deposit program, please indicate this at the time of registration.
