Meeting/Incentive Travel Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon booking.
Premiums & Promotions Payment Terms: For exhibit booths booked before May 15, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due May 15, 2014. For exhibit booths booked after May 15, full payment is due upon booking. If you wish to participate in the 50% deposit program, please indicate this at the time of registration.
Show Rules & Regulations
The show rules and regulations are an important part of the exhibit contract. Exhibitors and any staff that participate in their booth are obligated under contract to adhere to these rules and regulations. Please review them here.
